Leasehold and Commonhold Reform Bill

The Government has confirmed its intention to still issue a draft Leasehold and Commonhold Reform Bill by the end of 2025 despite the recent Judicial Review hearing

Consultation closed

​

The Consultation on strengthening leaseholder protections over charges and services closed on 26 September and the Government are now considering the responses received

​

Renters Rights Bill

​

On the 14th October the House of Commons are scheduled to consider the amendments made to the Renters Rights Bill by the House of Lords
