There is still no indication yet as to what (and when) Leasehold Reforms will be brought forward by the new Parliament
The High Court has recently allowed Judicial Reviews in respect of the recent Leasehold Reforms brought in by the previous Government, to be brought by a number of Freeholders, with a hearing likely in January 2025
