Buildings Insurance Survey launched

​

The Leasehold Advisory Service have announced the launch of the LEASE Buildings Insurance Survey aimed at gathering critical insights into the factors influencing buildings insurance costs for residential multi-occupancy buildings. The survey also seeks to assess the initial impact of the Fire Safety Reinsurance Facility on insurance premiums and coverage
